How to Get a Longer Life


Life is in the hands of God Almighty, but as human beings, we are given the responsibility and the grace to preserve and protect our lives and the people we care about.
If the fate of the siding, probably every normal human being would die where he lay, but there are several ways to prolong life or maintain our health:

1. laugh
With a laugh for about 15 seconds, meaning that we extend our lives for almost half an hour, (laughing reasonable and not laugh for no reason)

2. walk
By walking for 20 minutes, then we will extend our lives for almost 3 days

3. exercising
By exercising for 15 minutes, meaning we train our heart to work well  to avoid a heart attack

4. Eat a healthy diet
A good lifestyle also allows us to increase our life, especially by eating foods high berpengawet, because these foods will reduce the life expectancy for about 2 days.

5. no smoking
By not smoking, then you can extend the life of the danger of lung cancer, throat cancer and other diseases less

6. Honor your father and your mother so that you will have a long life (10 commandments)

There are also some other ways to extend life and the point is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially not to promiscuity at risk of diseases of the reproductive organs which sometimes can lead to death
